Measures taken beside protection of environment

Environmental evaluation done by reliable foreign companies for different units of the complex in two phases I & II.
Preparing environmental maps and flow diagrams and specifying all of exits, wastes, and pollutants.
Equipping all units with Waste Water Treatment Unit.
Equipping all operative units with static pumps for sending all of liquid wastes under normal and urgent conditions to Waste Water Treatment and preventing it from infiltrating surface water.
Using different scrubbers for DNT, TDA and TDI units, incinerator unit, tanks and loading units in order to neutralize dangerous and poisonous gases.
Using Magnetic pumps technology in order to prevent gas diffusion into the atmosphere.
Equipping the plant with an Industrial Incinerator which is furnished with Hi-Tech environmental pollutant components controlling systems e.g. Electrostatic precipitator (ESP), DeNOx reactor to destruct NOxes, scrubber to remove acidic component along with an continuous emission monitoring(controlling) system which makes the unit’s exhaust flue gas stream reliable, with advanced environmental standards. This is a economical unit also, which recovers latent energy of the plant’s main wastes (OTD and TAR) as medium pressure steam with 10 ton/hr rate.
Using mufflers and absorbent walls in order to prevent noise pollution.
Creating about 24,000m2 of greenbelt in phase one of the complex.
Establishing an on-line analyzer on TDI unit vent in order to control the gas issuing out of it.
Specifying industrial wastes and finding solutions to neutralize them.
